Last weekend, I decided to visit Ipoh, Perak since I have friends who are the local people over there to explore the tasty food in Ipoh town. On that day, i also visited a restaurant which called Thean Chun and it located at old town in Ipoh. I am sure that all of you must be curious about the food. So let us begin our journey to the Thean Chun hahaha..

What is the food that selling by Restaurant Thean Chun??? Let me tell you, it is caramel custard. Caramel custard is a very popular dessert in Malaysia. First introduced by the Portuguese in the 1500 and sold until today, this dessert is popular served in restaurants, cafes, hotels and even Ramadan bazaars for breakfast. Looks so yummy right???

Caramel custard is the signature of Restaurant Thean Chun, it is really smooth, not too sweet and it can melt in your mouth very fast. Imagine it and your mouth is watering. Hahahaha!!! So caramel custard not just only attract youngster, it also attracts a lot of eldest to visit this restaurant and enjoy their caramel custard. The moment when an old man brings his grandchild to this restaurant and eat the custard...Can you imagine that??? So nice....

Restaurant Thean Chun is very famous in Ipoh. Every weekend Restaurant Thean Chun will be crowded by people and they are willing to wait for the seat although it might take a long time. One of the reason why people willing to wait is because Restaurant Thean Chun serve the food with the best service to their customer. Most important thing is each of the caramel custard cost RM 3.50. Worth it right???
