Chapati Telur Cheese by Choo Kar Hooi

(Restoran Karim In Kampar)
I begins my degree life last few months ago. As a newbie and food hunter, first thing i will do is to discover the food and beverage in Kampar to fulfill my needs. For sure the first food that i met is Chapati Telur Cheese in east lake area. This shop called as mamak stall and Restoran Karim, usually we called it as "eastlake" or "rk". We all knew that most of the mamak stalls operate in 24 hours so we usually went there at midnight to have our supper.

To get these pictures, i decided to went there at 4 p.m. last few days ago but at last i could not get any picture even eat the chapati even eat the chapati. When i started my interview with the staff only i can know that the time to prepare the Chapati is at 6 p.m.(actually chapati only available at 6 o'clock), this might disappointed us because we really want to eat Chapati so much. You all may be able to imagine that... I took some pictures during the process of making the Chapati Telur Cheese and the pictures above is a part of the process. I also recorded a video to show that how they prepare the chapati.

(Chapati Telur Cheese with Teh Tarik!!!)

Awwww... Can you all see that??? This chapati is very well-prepared and it has a nice color. I do think that all of u are struggling right now after saw this picture??? Hahaha. What i want to tell is this is not just only a normal chapati, it have fried eggs and cheese inside there. The taste was so cheesy until we want to order it again. But for me, i only can eat two pieces since the cheese can make us feel really full so i strongly suggest that you all should eat not more than two pieces. Hahahaha.

That day i was ordered beverage to match with chapati. Mostly i would chose "Teh Panas" or "Teh Ais" as my beverage to match with it. For me, i do think that "Teh Panas" or "Teh Ais" is the perfect match for chapati and it can increase the tastiness of the meal. It actually can be another drinks to match with the chapati. This kind of chapati also can be called as mini pizza and the price is affordable. Until now i haven't tell you all the price of this chapati. The price is RM 3.00 for one piece. Cheap right?? I do think it is worth it.

(One table with different kind of foods)

Me and my friends also went there after we finished our class together. Each of us ordered the different things such as Nasi Pattaya, Maggi Groreng, Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice). All of us were satisfy with the food here and what do i like is the service. Their service is quite good and they are very friendly with their customer. Actually there are a few mamak stalls in new town area but we tend to choose here even it is quite far away from our residence area (west lake). I feels very lucky because this mamak stall will accompany me for next two years in my degree life. Hahahaha. I also strongly recommend you all to visit here as they are very cheap at all (even a glass of boiled water also will not be charged). You all may scroll down to view the video. ^^
